Re: nnimap 0.123 and pgnus 0.95
Oddly enough the problem seems to have disappeared. I don't know why it did
not work yesterday but then I started XEmacs this morning using the new
versions the problem was no longer there.
New issue: processing of an nnimap group seems to be MUCH slower than
before. I upgraded from nnimap 0.90 to nnimap 0.123 -- a rather big jump.
Has something changed in how you do your processing that would explain why it
is so much slower? I can understand that it would be slow if I was fetching
ALL the headers for a large group. But if I only have a few unread messages,
shouldn't the fetch be quick regardless of how many read messages are already
in the group?
I have to play with this some more but it might be slow enough to require me
to fallback to 0.90.
Xemacs: 21.1 "20 Minutes to Nikko" XEmacs Lucid (patch 2)
pgnus: Pterodactyl Gnus v0.95
nnimap: nnimap 0.123

SJ> No, it's a very drastic move and you'll lose most settings.
