nnimap 0.123 and pgnus 0.95

I upgraded from pgnus 0.80 and nnimap 0.90 to the latest versions of each.
When I try to exit an nnimap group, whether it is by catching up or just
quitting, I get the error "wrong type argument: consp, nil".  What do I do?
