Ok, kbd isn't in Emacs 19.x.

I really hate all this incompatibility between Emacsen. (While I'm at
it, I hate wars and starvation too. :-))

Do anyone know the (X)Emacs 19.34/20.x/21.x compatible way of doing
this?

Good, I think this is the first success report with Emacs 19. Added to
success.html. Do you know what server you're using?
