kbd undefined?


I'm fairly new to the list, so I assume this has been covered, but
here goes.

Using Emacs 19.34 and gnus 5.6.34 I install nnimap 0.3.20 and attempt
to use it.  I get a message saying 'kbd' is undefined.  The only
reference I can find to kbd is in nnimap-group-mode-hook definition,
so I disable the add-hook that follows and nnimap seems to run fine,
except, of course, I don't have acl editing mapped to a key.
