nnml-generate-nov-databases rebuilds nnml stuff, with the uidvalidity
problem it isn't the nnimap stuff that causes problem but the gnus
part. Remember Gnus and the backends are fairly separate beings.  So a
nnimap-generate-* can't fix thoose things properly. It need to be
handled from within Gnus, and adding a scheme to handle
uidvalidity-errors in Gnus is harder because it has to be more
generic.

This is on top of my todo list now, it seem to be the biggest problem.
