Latest IMAP4

I downloaded and installed your latest version which incorporates Jim Radford's
changes. Now I cannot even get into my Exchange Server; it tells me it's
denied. With the prior version I could get in but could not see any groups.

With the new version, it would seem that it should NOT be necessary to include

        (set-buffer (get-buffer-create "*im-debug*"))

since im-debug does not seem to be used in this version.

My imap-debug file contains the following:

--------------- start of log -----------------------------------------------

======================================================================
1 -> imap-open-server: server="truman" port=nil buffer=" *nnimap* truman" local-defs=nil
| 2 -> imap-close-server: buffer=nil autologout=nil
| 2 <- imap-close-server: nil
======================================================================
1 -> imap-dispatch: tag=* response=OK data=([] "Microsoft Exchange IMAP4rev1 server version 5.5.1960.6 (truman.test.ppllc.com) ready")
| 2 -> imap-cb-response: response=OK code=[] string="Microsoft Exchange IMAP4rev1 server version 5.5.1960.6 (truman.test.ppllc.com) ready"
| 2 <- imap-cb-response: nil
1 <- imap-dispatch: nil

--------------- end of log -----------------------------------------------

Do you see any reason why I am getting denied? What can I look at to hunt this down?
