This looks quite broken. Could you run `G E' on the group and mail us
the output?
You can probably get things working again by searching '(5 258
nnimap)' and removing the 'nnimap' part in that buffer, but to fix the
problem output of the command above would be helpful.
If all else fails, replace the fourth entry in `G E' with 'nil' and
enter the group, all flags should then be updated with server-side
info.
