I've just been playing with this; some of my Contact items have a
body.  It seems to be that of the current message when I bookmarked
the address (contact).

I've just thought: total-expiry is probably a bad thing in Contacts,
unless I set expiry-wait to 'never...

Has anyone written a BBDB->Outlook(IMAP) convertor?
