A simple server just hang up when that happen, multi-client aware
servers just inform the client when a new mail arrives in the open
mailbox.

Nnimap's imap-library pick the notice up but nnimap can't do anything
useful with it -- all communication between gnus and nnimap is
initiated by gnus.
