It's contained in the SSLeay/OpenSSL package. SSLeay isn't actively
maintained any longer, there is http://www.openssl.org/ which has
continued developing it though. I've updated the URL in the manual,
thanks.
I think OpenSSL doesn't install all symlinks SSLeay installed, you'll
have to create a symlink "s_client" which points to the "openssl"
binary. I'll fix nnimap so it tries "openssl" before "s_client" in the
future.
