Groups that exists only on the server aren't automatically completed
by Gnus, you'll have to do `A A' or something similar to let Gnus know
about all groups in the backend.

I'm not sure if it's possible to do the equivalents of `A A' on just
nnimap groups, now it fetches the list from all backends which could
take some time.
