Bugfixes.

You need to say `make GNUSDIR=~/lisp/pgnus-0.59/lisp' (or similar) if
base64 isn't installed in your Emacs.

I'll be merging my imap library rewrite after this release, so this is
probably the last usable version for a while. :-)
