[Q] nnimap-group-list-speed

What are the downsides of the different settings?  If I use "fast", it
indicates that I won't see the number of articles in the group list.  So?
Will folders still only show up in the Group Buffer if they have new
articles?  Or will all folders show up without any indication of whether they 
have new articles?

Why would I want to use "medium" vs "slow"?  Why is the default "slow"?
