Hi -- these last patches solved my problems, it looks pretty good now.
I have a lot of folders that procmail sorts into.  I notice that when
I check for new mail, nnimap issues a list command and then selects
each folder in turn and does

 A354 FETCH 1,* (UID)

to see if there are any new messages.  This takes quite a while for
me.  The list command can give \Marked and \Unmarked flags.  Would it
be possible to have nnimap not select the folder and fetch if the
\Unmarked flag is seen?
