Can't login with 0.3.14!

I upgraded to 0.3.14 and I am getting denied access to my server - probably
because I am not getting prompted for username and password.  How do I tell
0.3.14 to prompt me for them?  I've had to drop back to 0.3.13 which does the
prompting just fine.
