Current Usage Guidelines

I hate to be a pain but I have no idea regarding the current recommended setup
for nnimap.  The docs in the .el file and the web site still reflect the old
recommendation of using the server buffer.  With more recent versions we can do
it through the secondary-select-method.  Various mail messages add other
tidbits such as how to set up nnimap-splitting.  For new people who join this
little group of our's, there will be difficulty in getting them up and
running.  Simon, since you put up the web site, can you please update the usage
instructions accordingly?  Quite frankly, I, myself, am not sure at the moment
how to best reactivate nnimap!
