Additional IMAP4 Comments

I did some more fooling around:

1) In the '-2' version you defvar the debug buffer variables to nil.  I added
   setq for imap-log, imap-last, and imap-debug to my .gnus and now I get debug
   output.

2) The open server command appears to do a successful logout from the server
   but does not issue any command to do the login.  Ergo, I am denied.
