Problems with nnimap 0.131

OK, I spoke to quickly.  It appears that if I wait for a sufficient amount of
time such that the imap connection is closed (I guess it auto times out?), I
get the following:

Checking new news...
Process not open for writing: #<network connection "imap" (143 . "truman") state:exit>

I did not have this problem with nnimap 0.126.  If I exit gnus and restart,
it connects and everything is fine.

What now?
