You can specify your password in ~/.authinfo.  I'm pretty sure I found
out how from the nnimap manual, so do a search in that to find out the
precise syntax of that file.  You shoudl make that file readable only
by you.  

Of course, I'm a little surprised it prompts you for each group -
perhaps other people know how to make it stop doing that.
