copy outgoing msgs on imap folder

Is it possible to have all outgoing messages copied to an nnimap
folder on the remote server?

I have a remote Mail/outbox folder, but couldn't make out how to have
pgnus copy messages to it..

And, slightly off topic... ;-)
how can I make the Message buffer accept iso-8859-1 accented chars,
like my other emacs buffers do?
