UID-validity changes are difficult to handle in nnimap because nnimap
isn't in control of the data that should be updated in case of a
uidvalidity change, that's the reasons it explodes.

Empty groups seem to get a new uidvalidity value every time you query
the group, I wish this wasn't the case but there isn't much you can do
about it.

0.130 will interactively ask you if you want to proceed, it's not
perfect but slightly better than exploding...

I think Gnus need to have some concept of uidvalidity for this to work
as intended.
