You need to subscribe to groups to have them visible in the group
buffer, with `U'. Or using the server buffer `^' (if you use UWash
you'll probably want to set nnimap-list-pattern before trying the
latter).

If you've imap-subscribed to mailboxes using another client you can
add them with `F' in gnus, but your *imap-log* indicated this wasn't
the case.

In the future nnimap will automatically gnus-subscribe to all
imap-subscribed mailboxes, but we need a way to modify
imap-subscriptions in gnus that doesn't exist yet.
