WOW, what an improvement over a slow dialup if you're like me and
have some pretty large folders.  Initially it's a bit slow, but then 
really fast, at least compared to pre-NOV.

However, you need to remember that an increasing number of IMAP
servers, such as Cyrus, support true hierarchical folders.  That is, 
after opening INBOX I couldn't open a subfolder under INBOX because
INBOX was a file, not a directory.
