It _does_ properly reconnect and reprompt me for the password.  The thing I
find annoying is that it can take it quite a while (appx 30-60 seconds?) to
realize that it has a timeout situation and then to prompt me for
username/password.  That is what I would like to see addressed.  Even better, 
perhaps nnimap can simply transparently log in following the timeout?
